Food Menus

Enclosed you will find several different menus to choose from.  Whether you select from one of our elegant and elaborate buffets, fabulous sit-down dinners, or have us create a personally customized menu to satisfy your specific needs, our professional, experienced staff will take great pride and care in serving you.  These delicacies will be expertly prepared using the highest quality products, made fresh, from the finest ingredients available.

An initial deposit of five hundred dollars is required to secure your room for your event.  Preliminary menu selections, details, and arrangements need to be made twenty weeks prior to your event, along with a four thousand dollar food deposit.  Two weeks prior to your event, final menu selections, details, and arrangements are due as well as your final guest count.  The estimated remaining balance of your event is due at this time.  Any remaining balances are due at the conclusion of your event.  All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable upon cancellation.  Our posted prices do not include gratuity or appropriate state sales tax, which is added to all food and beverage services, and are subject to change.

Plated Dinners

Our plated, sit down dinners are expertly prepared and served to you to further enhance the elegance of your event.  Plated dinner service begins with a first course of either tossed garden salad, one of our homemade soups, or an assortment of fresh fruit.  Then choose a starch and vegetable from our complete list of various potato, rice, pasta, and fresh vegetable selections.  Dinner services also include our fresh hearth baked bread and whipped butter along with coffee and hot tea service.  The following is a list of our frequently requested dinners.

 Dinner Buffet

Our bountiful and elaborate dinner buffets offer countless choices and combinations to satisfy each and every taste.  The Governor’s Buffet offers two main entrees while the President’s Buffet features three main entrees.  The numerous cold salads, starch selections, and vegetable choices, as well as the twenty-one various entrée options, guarantee that every guest will be thoroughly satisfied.  Our executive chef has also prepared customized theme buffets such as Italian, Mexican, Serbian, American BBQ, Southwestern, etc. for a truly unique and different dining experience. 

Carving stations, dessert displays, and display cooking stations may be easily added to any buffet to further enhance your dining experience. All buffets are served with your choice of three salad dressings, our fresh hearth baked bread and whipped butter, along with coffee and hot tea service.

Beverage Service

We offer a complete selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to accommodate every type of social event or business function.  Our inventory includes well-known liquors, wines, and beers as well as imported brandies, cognacs, wines, and beers.  Our non-alcoholic menu includes soda, juices, non-alcoholic beer and wine as well as non-alcoholic punch. 

We offer three different options from which to choose.  Our experienced staff takes great pride and care in professionally serving you.  One option is a Cash Bar where your guests would be required to purchase their own beverages.  A second option is a Hosted Bar by the Drink.  Your guests would order their own individual beverages and the total of these beverages would be the responsibility of the host at the conclusion of the event.  The pricing structure for these two options is as follows:

Breakfast

Whether you are looking to begin your day with a lighter type breakfast, a more traditional plated selection, or one of our hearty breakfast buffets, our chef has the perfect menu for you.  All breakfast items are available until 11:00 a.m. with our Brunch Buffet being available until 2:00 p.m.  All breakfast selections are served with assorted breakfast pastries, along with coffee and hot tea
service.  Egg beaters may be substituted upon request.

Luncheons

Our specially designed luncheon menu offers a wide variety of entrees from which to choose.  From casual dining options, to more formal selections, our chef has the perfect meal for your shower, business luncheon, or meeting.  In addition to our luncheon menu, any dinner entrée can be prepared luncheon sized and charged accordingly.  Plated luncheons, as well as the Senator’s Buffet, are served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and include a tossed garden salad, fresh hearth baked bread and whipped butter, along with coffee and hot tea service.
